Step 1
Book an appointment with our sales department and visit one of our beautiful model homes. Each customer will get a private walk through of our model home explaining our building techniques, homes features and showcasing our standard and upgraded features. Our sales team is well versed in all of our homes options and community features to assist you in choosing the perfect lot and home.
Step 2
Our sales staff will guide you through a series of questions and assist you in choosing a plan which best suits you and your families needs. If you require any customizations to the floorplan, this will need to be discussed with the design team, most design changes will incur an upgrade fee depending on the request. Substantial changes to floorplan will require the customer to enter into a custom design agreement.
Step 3
Once your desired community, floor plan layout, and upgrade list has been finalised; our customers will take these documents to your mortgage provider to speak about the terms of your financing. At Wrighthaven we can recommend a preferred mortgage broker associated with all major banking firms. Once approved, you will meet with our sales associate to write the agreement of purchase and sale ( APS ), at this appointment you will receive your closing date, agreement specifications and down payment requirements. Your first instalment will be due at this time in order to submit a complete offer for the builder to review and accept. Once your document is signed back from the builder this can now be sent to your lawyer for processing.
Step 4
First in office meeting will commence with our interior designer and Production Coordinator where you will speak about all exterior functions, minor design modifications and electrical placements. During this meeting you will finalise the home's design and layout features discussed during your initial sales meeting. Our designers will guide you through the construction procedures, building materials and systems for your new home. Please note that any requests to do your own electrical or system mechanics will be declined as we do not warranty third party vendors.
Step 5
A 1 on 1 consultation and meeting with our professional interior designer to choose all of your interior and exterior selections. Adriana is the creative force behind all of our designs and selection process. Adriana’s innate talent for identifying our clients’ personal style, and her belief is that your home should be your HAVEN for relaxation and replenishing; where you express yourself through your surroundings, where you give the best of yourself to family and friends. Please note that Wrighthaven only works with our prequalified vendors and any vendors not on our suppliers list cannot be installed before closing.
Step 6
During the construction of your home, you will visit the property with one of our production manager representatives where you will have the opportunity of viewing your home during different stages of the building schedule. The final on site viewing of the home is where you will meet your after sale service manager, Lisa, where she will educate you on how to best operate your new home! All system warranty, mechanical warranty and Tarion warranty packages will be handed over at this time.
Step 7
Congratulations! You are now a proud homeowner of a WrightHaven Home! On move in day you will receive your keys at the end of the business day upon confirmation from both Wrighthaven's and your personal lawyer.
